Process and Timeline
HOW IT WORKS, THE PROCESS..

Along with the applicant’s condition, we ask for the required documents. All the documents need to be translated into English. Regarding the applicant’s nationality, they also need to be apostilled or legalized by the Consulate of Greece in their home country or the Embassy of Greece.

We plan a trip to Greece to visit the available properties in person. Based on the applicant's nationality, it may be necessary to apply for a visa to enter Greece.
3.
In line with our rapid real estate investigation, our experts will advise you on the most legitimate and convenient investment options based on your desire.

Before proceeding with the residence application, the applicant is required to open a local bank account and get the tax number.

All the relevant documents will be collected under the supervision of our lawyers, and they need to be officially translated. In this step, all the property documents will be checked, and the purchase agreement contract will be arranged. Eventually, the property title deed will be issued in the name of the applicant.
6.
We will immediately apply for residence once the applicant meets the requirements. No physical presence or interview is required during the application process.
7.
Once the application is approved, the applicant and their dependents will be invited to enter Greece and do their biometrics through the White Papers; in consequence, there is no need to re-apply for a visa to enter Greece.
8.
Permanent residence cards will be issued.
