Citizenship of Grenada by Investment (CBI) program
Grenada Citizenship Program was created in 2013 as a measure of economic development and it is currently controlled by the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Committee. The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program is one of the few programs —and the first one in the Caribbean Sea— that grants visa-free access to China and working rights in the United States of America. The “Grenada” Citizenship by Investment Program is accurate for individuals and families that want to invest in real estate abroad or make a useful donation to a beautiful nation in the Caribbean Sea. In exchange, they can obtain a second citizenship and a second passport that amplify their international mobility and business opportunities.
In addition to fulfilling personal requirements, applicants must also choose between two potential routes for citizenship:
*USD 150,000 for a single applicant
*USD 200,000 for an applicant and up to 3 dependents
*USD 25,000 for each additional dependent
1-A contribution to the National Transformation Fund
*Direct Purchase of approved real estate with a minimum value of USD 350,000 to be held for at least five years
*Purchase a share in authorized real estate with a minimum value of USD 220,000, which must be held for at least five years
2-An investment in an approved project (real estate) in Grenada
