A Spanish non-Lucrative residency program (also known as Wealth Visa) is for those who wish to come to Spain to apply for residence and have the financial means to support themselves and their dependents. It is a temporary residence permit and its main requirement is to have sufficient financial means to support yourself without the need to get a job in Spain.
You are eligible to apply for a non-lucrative residency if:
You want to live in Spain long-term. particularly, you must live in Spain for at least 183 days per year. It can be continuous or interrupted but your presence will be checked on the renewal of the residence permit.
You are financially independent and have sufficient means to support yourself and your family members. To shed light on this, a single applicant must have over 2500€ monthly income and a 30000€ bank balance in his home country or Spain. A married applicant must have over 3000€ monthly income and a 40000€ bank balance and each child adds up to an extra 500€ monthly income and 6000€ bank Balance.
Your account turnover must have been over 20000€ in the last six months.
You must be able to prove that your assets as well as your income have been earned through legal ways by providing your paid taxes or related documents.
You have health insurance.
You don’t have a criminal record.
Your Children must study in Spain.

Process and Timeline
HOW IT WORKS, THE PROCESS..

Along with the applicant’s condition, we ask for the required documents. All the documents need to be translated into the language which is needed. In regard to the applicant’s nationality, they also need to be apostilled or legalized by the Consulate of Spain or the Embassy of Spain.
2.
We complete the required applications and book an appointment with the Spanish Consulate or the Embassy of Spain in the applicant’s home country.
3.
The applicant will attend the appointment on the specified day and an interview may be conducted.
4.
If the application is approved, a D-type Spain visa will be issued for the applicant and the dependents.
5.
We will plan a journey for applicant to Spain to buy or rent a house.
6.
All the relevant documents will be collected under the supervision of our lawyers. In this step, the title deed or rental agreement contract will be registered in the municipality.
7.
We will immediately apply for the residence cards once the applicant meets the requirements.
8.
Residence cards will be issued.
