PROCESS AND TIMELINE
HOW IT WORKS, THE PROCESS..

Regarding the applicant’s nationality, they also need to be apostilled or legalized by the Consulate or the Embassy of the UK.

Applicants with innovative business ideas who wish to establish their business in the UK and do day-to-day management can request a three-year residence permit to enter the UK. On the other hands, we can open a business bank account, hire employees, rent an office, etc. as per the applicant’s request. In this case, applicants are allowed to apply for a five-year residence permit through the UK Embassy or Consulate located in their country of residence.

Accordingly, the applicant will attend the appointment on the specified day in the UK Embassy or Consulate and an interview may be conducted.

Applicants will need to undergo a medical examination and submit biometric data.

Applicants may apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (permanent residence) after 3 years subject to meeting minimum business performance requirements.
