How to Obtain Spanish Residence through Financial Self-Sufficiency?

You must show an account balance of over €20,000 for the past six months.

Asset 1
You are a non-EU citizen.
Asset 2
You want to live in Spain long-term. particularly, you must live in Spain for at least 183 days per year. It can be continuous or interrupted but your presence will be checked on the renewal of the residence permit.
Asset 3
You are financially independent and have sufficient means to support yourself and your family members. To shed light on this, a single applicant must have over 2500€ monthly income and a 30000€ bank balance in his home country or Spain. A married applicant must have over 3000€ monthly income and a 40000€ bank balance and each child adds up to an extra 500€ monthly income and 6000€ bank Balance.

Your account turnover must have been over 20000€ in the last six months.

You must be able to prove that your assets as well as your income have been earned through legal ways by providing your paid taxes or related documents.
