Purchase one or more properties from a reputable developer in Cyprus with a minimum total value of 300,000 euros.
Register the purchase contract at the Land and Property Registration Office.
Pay a minimum of 200,000 euros plus VAT from the total property amount.
Provide proof of annual income outside the country amounting to at least 30,000 euros (for a spouse and dependent children, an additional 5,000 euros per person and for each parent of the applicant or their spouse, an additional 8,000 euros must be added).
Maintain a fixed three-year deposit in a Cypriot bank with a value of at least 30,000 euros transferred from abroad.
